{"id":9520,"date":"2014-11-15T09:00:23","date_gmt":"2014-11-15T12:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/greendrinksba.org\/?p=9520"},"modified":"2024-05-30T22:26:40","modified_gmt":"2024-05-31T01:26:40","slug":"turismo-sustentable-un-viaje-hacia-la-sostenibilidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greendrinksba.org\/es\/turismo-sustentable-un-viaje-hacia-la-sostenibilidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Turismo sustentable: Un viaje hacia la sostenibilidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El turismo llegar\u00e1 a ser la actividad comercial m\u00e1s importante del planeta, con un n\u00famero de transacciones mayor que el de la industria automotriz y la del petr\u00f3leo.<\/p>\n<p>En nuestro pa\u00eds, la actividad tur\u00edstica aporta cerca del 8% del PBI, generando cerca de<\/p>\n<p>1.5 millones de puestos de trabajo y a nivel mundial, aporta cerca del 10% del PBI.\u00a0 M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de estos datos, no se debe dejar de mencionar que en ciertas regiones o ciudades como Bariloche, la Costa Atl\u00e1ntica, Mar del Plata, El Calafate, Ushuaia y NOA, los \u00edndices se elevan fuertemente. Esto supone una creciente presi\u00f3n para los espacios naturales de uso tur\u00edstico. Por lo tanto, el turismo puede y debe participar activamente en la estrategia de desarrollo sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>En 1991, la Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Expertos Cient\u00edficos del Turismo (AIEST) describi\u00f3 al turismo sostenible como \u00abaquel que mantiene un equilibrio entre los intereses sociales, econ\u00f3micos y ecol\u00f3gicos. El turismo debe integrar las actividades econ\u00f3micas y recreativas con el objetivo de la conservaci\u00f3n de los valores naturales y culturales\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la OMT (Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de Turismo) considera que \u201cel turismo sostenible tiene plenamente en cuenta las repercusiones actuales y futuras, econ\u00f3micas, sociales y medioambientales para satisfacer las necesidades de los visitantes, de la industria, del entorno y de las comunidades anfitrionas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas de las funciones principales de este tipo de actividad son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mejorar la informaci\u00f3n para conocer a profundidad la realidad del espacio socioecon\u00f3mico sobre el que se quiere actuar.<\/li>\n<li>Incluir en una planificaci\u00f3n integral los diferentes aspectos que intervienen en el turismo: variables macroecon\u00f3micas, aspectos medioambientales, caracter\u00edsticas culturales, din\u00e1micas territoriales.<\/li>\n<li>Conocer la capacidad de carga de los distintos lugares o destinos para adaptarlos a los usos tur\u00edsticos y gestionar la demanda tur\u00edstica.<\/li>\n<li>Apoyar proyectos tur\u00edsticos innovadores que sean respetuosos con el entorno.<\/li>\n<li>Actuar sobre la calidad ambiental sin dejar de tener en cuenta la necesidad del tratamiento de las aguas residuales, el suministro del agua potable, la recogida de las basuras.<\/li>\n<li>Minimizar el impacto ambiental de las actividades tur\u00edsticas con una adecuada planificaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Controlar las actuaciones tur\u00edsticas con mecanismos de vigilancia y control.<\/li>\n<li>Rehabilitar los espacios tur\u00edsticos que han sido da\u00f1ados ya sea por el efecto de un desarrollo tur\u00edstico desproporcionado o por el impacto de otras actividades.<\/li>\n<li>Proteger las especies y establecimiento de zonas protegidas, puesto que puede suceder que las actividades tur\u00edsticas son incompatibles con la existencia de determinadas especies animales o vegetales que pueden verse alteradas o amenazadas de extinci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/br><br \/>\nEn tal sentido, no s\u00f3lo busca disminuir los impactos ambientales, sino tambi\u00e9n satisfacer las necesidades de las comunidades, de los turistas y de quienes operan negocios con un criterio de sustentabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfOptar\u00edas por emprender un viaje sustentable? \u00bfApoyar\u00edas la conservaci\u00f3n del medioambiente valorando la diversidad y el cuidado responsable del entorno?<\/p>\n<p>Todo viajero responsable aprende de sus errores, acepta el reto de los agentes de viaje, operadores y hoteles que cumplen con responsabilidad y sustentabilidad sus tareas y sabe que viajar con responsabilidad hace la diferencia.<\/p>\n<h5>Fuentes:<br \/>\n-\u201cTurismo y Sustentabilidad\u201d.
